What this site stores in your browser
- The assistant’s memory: a random id and the widget’s open/closed state, in your browser’s local storage, so the chat can pick up where you left off. It identifies a browser, not a person. Type forget me in the chat and it is deleted along with the working note it points to.
- Security cookies from our content-delivery network: short-lived, strictly necessary cookies used to protect the site from abuse. They contain no profile of you.
- Private demo sessions: if we send you a personal demo link and you connect an account, a session cookie binds that demo to your browser so nobody else can open it. It expires with the demo, within about an hour.
What we deliberately do not use
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No third-party analytics cookies.
- No fingerprinting, and no cookie is used to identify you personally.
This is why the site shows no cookie banner: nothing here requires consent under the rules that make banners necessary. If that ever changes, this page and the site will change with it.
Checkout and embedded services
Payment pages are hosted by our payment providers, which set their own cookies there for payment processing and fraud prevention, under their own policies. Nothing from a payment page tracks you across this site.
Managing and clearing
Your browser can clear local storage and cookies for this site at any time under its privacy settings, and the site keeps working — the assistant simply starts fresh. For the assistant specifically, forget me inside the chat removes both the browser id and the note on our server, which browser-clearing alone does not.
