An agent that turns your product photos and price sheet into complete Shopify products — titles, descriptions, variants, images, collections, tags — created as drafts for your approval, then kept in sync every month. Connected through the official Shopify API. Built for one store: yours.
A bulk-upload app moves rows. It does not know what your products are, how you name them, or which collection they belong in — so you fill the sheet, you fix the errors, and you rewrite the copy anyway. We run one engine and build the catalogue around one store at a time.
Written from the facts in your sheet, in your tone — any language, mixed or not.
Size, colour, material combinations built out with their own prices and SKUs.
The blue photo lands on the blue variant, from your file names and folder structure.
Products filed into your collections by your rules, tagged so filters actually work.
Meta title, meta description and clean handles filled for every product.
Your sheet changes, the store follows — on the schedule you set.
Repeated style codes, products with no usable image, sizes with no price — listed, not silently filled.
Next season’s photos and sheet go through the same pipeline, same rules.
The catalogue is half the job. The other half is the folder of photos nobody can find and the four exports that never agree. That housekeeping is part of the Sync plan, not an extra.
Your store’s sheet in its current template, plus a master export marking every product built, flagged or live.
Images renamed and filed by style code, then colour, then rendition — hosted with stable links, and the organised folder handed back to you.
Read directly from Shopify through its API. Where you also sell somewhere without one, you drop the seller-panel report in a folder and the agent reads that instead.
Stock, orders and returns in one view. Stock updates are pushed back directly where an API exists, and delivered as an upload-ready sheet where it does not.
Reading orders never means handling payments or returns. Your store admin and any seller panels stay yours — we read, organise and report.
You create a custom app inside your own Shopify admin with the permissions we list — scoped, revocable, no password ever shared.
Naming rules, tone, collection logic, what must be flagged rather than guessed. Once, in writing.
Your first batch is built end to end and created as draft products. Nothing is visible to a customer yet.
One revision round, then publish. After that the monthly sync keeps prices, stock and new batches current.
Wrong fabric, invented sizes and a price nobody approved cost more to undo than to do. The agent is scoped narrow, and it says so when it does not know.
Products are created as drafts. Publishing is your decision, every time.
A fact that is not in your sheet or your photos is flagged “confirm” and waits for you.
Per-product record of what was written, what changed, and who approved it.
A custom app in your own admin with the narrowest permissions that work. You can revoke it in one click.
We report what was built, flagged and published — not numbers we do not control.
Sheets, photos and the organised folders come back to you. Nothing is reused for anyone else.
Every photo is cross-checked against the row it belongs to — colour against colour code, product type against category, plus blurry, duplicate, low-resolution and missing images. You get a flag list you can work through in an afternoon.
It never overrides your data and never edits a product on its own. If the photo and the sheet disagree, the sheet stands and the row is flagged for you.
The build is your catalogue done properly, in drafts, with one revision round. The monthly plan keeps prices, stock, new batches and your file structure current. Shopify’s own plan and any app fees stay on your account and are stated in the proposal.
A product is one style with all its colours and sizes — up to 12 variants. Larger variant sets count as another product.
No. You create a custom app inside your own Shopify admin in a few minutes and grant only the permissions we list — we send the exact steps in writing. You can see what it did and revoke access from your own admin at any time.
No. Everything is created as a draft. You review the drafts, we do one revision round, and publishing happens only after you say so.
That row is flagged “confirm” and left for you. The agent never invents a fabric, a measurement, a care instruction or a price to fill a gap.
Yes. We take your tone and naming rules from a written questionnaire and from products you have already written, and it writes in any language — mixed or not — the way your customers read.
No. You supply the photos; we organise, rename, resize and match them, and we flag the ones that will not work — too small, duplicated, or missing entirely.
Yes, on the Catalogue Sync plan. Your sheet stays the source of truth: it changes, the store follows, and every change is logged per product.
Same catalogue, a different delivery. The Marketplace Catalogue Agent takes the same product data and prepares each marketplace’s listing the way that marketplace wants it — direct where an API exists, upload-ready everywhere else.
No call, no demo booking. Within one business day you get sample products built from your own data, the price for the full batch, and the date it could be in your store.
