Before you ask.

What counts as one system?

One agent, assistant, voice line or workflow with a defined job — exactly as scoped in its original proposal. Your proposal lists what's covered by name, so there is never an argument later.

Is there a minimum term?

None. Monthly, cancel with a month’s notice in writing. Everything runs in your own accounts, so your data and access stay with you.

Do you maintain systems someone else built?

Case by case — after a paid review of what exists. If it's maintainable, we quote a tier; if it's a rebuild, we say that instead.

What response time do the tiers get?

Starter: next business day. Growth: same day, priority queue. Scale: same-day with dedicated capacity. All tiers: failures found by our monitoring are usually fixed before you notice.
