Effective 27 August 2026 · iHayz is a brand of Media Experts LLC (USA) and Media Experts (India).
What this policy covers
This policy applies to fixed-price services bought from ihayz.com at their listed price — paid by the secure card payment link that comes with your invoice, issued by Media Experts LLC (USA) or Media Experts (India).
It does not cover custom projects and retainers. Those are scoped in a written proposal, and the proposal states its own acceptance, payment and cancellation terms. If you are unsure which kind of purchase you made, the invoice says — or just ask us.
The 14-day guarantee
Every fixed-price service bought from this site carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day of the charge. Within that window you can request a full refund of that charge — no forms, no justification required, no partial deductions.
For monthly recurring services, the guarantee applies to the most recent charge: request a refund within 14 days of any monthly charge and that charge is returned in full. Cancelling stops all future charges.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with the invoice number, or simply reply to the email your invoice arrived in.
- No reason is required. If something did not work, telling us helps us fix it — but it is not a condition of the refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once issued, banks typically show the money within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling a recurring service
Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancelling stops future charges; the service runs until the end of the period already paid for. A refund returns a charge already made. You can do either, or both, and cancelling is never a condition for a refund inside the 14-day window.
To cancel, email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and nothing further is charged.
After the 14 days
Past charges older than 14 days are not refunded, and we do not make partial or pro-rata refunds mid-period. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
One exception, and it does not expire: if a failure on our side meant the service was genuinely not delivered, we make it right — by fixing it, re-delivering it, or refunding the affected charge — regardless of the window. Write to us with what happened.
What is never refundable
- Third-party costs incurred on your own accounts — advertising spend, platform or per-message fees, and usage credits already consumed on API keys you own.
- Custom projects and retainers — their written proposal governs payment and cancellation, including any deposit terms it states.
A word on chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your bank. A refund inside the guarantee takes days; a bank dispute takes weeks and freezes the process. We honour this policy as written — you will not need to fight for it.
Questions
Do I have to explain why I want a refund?
No. Inside the 14 days a request with your invoice number is enough. Feedback is welcome, never required.
I bought a monthly service five weeks ago. What can I get back?
The most recent monthly charge, if it is less than 14 days old, is refundable in full. Earlier charges are not, and cancelling stops anything further.
How does the money come back?
To the original payment method you paid the link with. Banks usually show it within 5-10 business days of the refund being issued.
My project was scoped in a proposal. Does this policy apply?
No — written proposals govern custom projects and retainers, including their payment and cancellation terms. This policy is for fixed-price services bought at the listed price.
