Agents, assistants and automations are built on your cloud, your phone numbers, your API keys and your tools. We never ask for your main hosting login; access is limited to what the work needs.

No training on your data

Your content is used to answer your customers — not to train anything. Knowledge assistants retrieve from an index of your documents and answer only from it.

NDA from a registered company

An NDA is available, signed by Media Experts LLC (USA) or Media Experts (India) — a registered company, not a screen name. A data processing agreement is also available and signed at onboarding, for clients whose customers’ data our systems process.

Your accounts, your data

Agents and automations run on your own accounts and connections. If an engagement ends, those accounts, the content you gave us and your records stay with you, and we document what was running and where, in plain language. What we build and operate stays ours to operate; nothing about your business is held hostage.

What the site assistant keeps

The assistant on this site remembers you so it does not ask twice. While you chat it keeps the conversation and a short working note — what your business does, what you asked, what it recommended — on our server, tied to a random id in your browser, not to your identity. If you give a name or email, those are kept with that note so a later visit can pick up where you left off. Nothing is shared with third parties and nothing is used to train anything.

You are in control: type forget me in the chat, or use the link under the message box, and the note and your id are deleted immediately. Requests you have filed with the team are kept as business records, with the reference number, so we can reply to them. Working notes are cleared automatically after 90 days without a visit.
