Which platforms we can build on and fix

Audits work anywhere. What we can change depends on what each platform lets us touch — here is the honest list.

Messaging and voice

Instagram DMs and comments, WhatsApp Business, and phone lines — all through official APIs and providers. Nothing that risks your accounts.

Web platforms for performance work

Static HTML and custom PHP: everything, through an FTP account limited to your web folder. WordPress: everything inside the site, server-level items only if the audit shows they matter. Shopify: theme-level only — images and caching are already Shopify's. React and Next.js: build-level fixes delivered as pull requests. Wix, Squarespace, Webflow: audit and advice only; we do not sell fixes we cannot apply.

Business tools for automation

Anything with an API or an inbox: CRMs, Google Sheets, email, calendars, e-commerce platforms, databases, internal tools. The proposal lists the exact integrations.

Languages

Assistants and inbox agents answer in whatever language the customer uses, including mixed-language writing, trained on your real past messages.

Questions

My stack isn't listed.

Ask in writing. If it has an API, it can usually be wired; if it can't, we say so.

Still a question? Ask in writing.

Describe the problem in plain words. A written reply tells you what we’d build, what it costs and when it lands — or that you don’t need it.
