AI Operations Partner: what each tier covers

Unmaintained automation quietly rots. The three tiers, what 'one system' means, and what happens if you leave.

Why a retainer

APIs change, models get repriced, volumes grow, edge cases appear. The retainer makes those our problem at 2am instead of yours at 9am.

Starter — $199/mo

One system maintained by name: daily health monitoring, fixes, usage-cost watch, a monthly written report.

Growth — $499/mo

Up to three systems, everything in Starter, one improvement shipped every month, priority queue, same-day response on failures.

Scale — $999/mo

All your systems, dedicated capacity and a roadmap, same-day response always, quarterly strategy review, a direct line to the builder.

What counts as one system

One agent, assistant, voice line or workflow with a defined job — exactly as scoped in its proposal, listed by name so there is never an argument later.

Leaving

No minimum term. Cancel and everything — code, accounts, keys, docs — is already yours.

Still a question? Ask in writing.

Describe the problem in plain words. A written reply tells you what we’d build, what it costs and when it lands — or that you don’t need it.
